What Vans Citroen Has To Offer

If you’re looking for a new van this spring, then look no further than the superb range of Citroen vehicles. With so much choice on offer, though, how do you select the right van for your need? Here’s a guide to what Citroen can offer.

Citroen Nemo

The Nemo may be the smallest van in Citroen’s range, but it’s no weakling, featuring a reliable, dependable 1.4-litre engine that allows it to carry a 660 kg, 2.5 cubic metre payload without fuss. With more than 1.5 metres of interior space, the Nemo is capable of handling some surprisingly bulky loads, but it also offers an excellent level of comfort for drivers and passengers thanks to features such as air conditioning, Bluetooth and parking sensors.

Citroen Berlingo

Slightly larger all round than the Nemo, but still very much a compact van, the Berlingo offers immense flexibility thanks to its variety of lengths and trim levels. Engines range from an economical, 95PS, 1.6i unit to a powerful, 90PS, HDi option, with 180 degree opening rear doors allowing payloads of up to 896 kg and 4.1 cubic metres to be accommodated with ease. Some Berlingos boast a modular folding passenger seat for even greater flexibility, while Enterprise models feature hands-free Bluetooth and air conditioning.

Citroen Dispatch

With engine power from 90PS all the way up to the Combi model’s 160 PS, the Dispatch makes light work of heavy loads. Available in a wide range of styles ranging from Panel Van to Platform Cab, it’s capable of dealing with loads of 1,200 kg. Combine that with a cavernous 7 cubic metres of load space and twin sliding rear doors and the Dispatch’s attractions are clear. Enterprise models of this van come with rear parking sensors and steel bulkhead, while all models benefit from low fuel consumption.

Citroen Relay

The Relay panel van really is the ultimate in Citroen load-luggers: with no fewer than four length and three height options available, there’s a Relay to suit every need. Every Relay has interior space for three Euro-pallets, while the largest can deal with payloads of up to 17 cubic metres. Citroen offers a range of three excellent HDi diesel units with power ranging from 110 to 150 PS. With premium features such as Hill Start Assist fitted as standard, the Relay can take whatever you throw at it.
